Most organizations reflect the character of that organization’s leadership. After all, the tone is set by those in charge. What the head of the company wants is what filters down to every level and every department. If something or someone was out of line, the leader would make changes and close ranks. You need loyalty among the ranks to have the success needed to keep the company open for business.

What does that say about the current leadership at the White House in Washington D.C.? What has filtered down to the staff in the various departments of the government agencies? Whatever it is seems to be some type of cancer. This was supposed to be the most transparent administration ever. Yeah right. President Obama is running out of fingers to plug all the leaks in the dam holding back the water.

Does he really think that we citizens think he is innocent of all the problems coming at him and his staff members that are under him? One way or another, this president is responsible for these government actions even though he claims he knew nothing about them. These staff members are not acting on their own. Would you?

He is losing the confidence he instilled in those who voted for him. Polls show that most Americans are against several of his policies like Obamacare. Now, he goes after his political enemies illegally and continues to stretch the truth about what is happening in our country. Jay Carney, the White House spokesman, cannot keep his stories straight after getting his talking points from the president every day.

This is not the “hope and change” the voters were looking for.
